Where can I get a spare part for my product?
Misplaced something? well thats no problem at all, our spare part enquiries are resolved within our service department.
I have a question about my delivery, who do I contact?
We know waiting in all day can be frustrating! So if you are there is something you'd like to ask us then please call us on 01454 326 555 to be connected to one of our team members who will help assist you in tracking your delivery.
I have a question about a Red Kite product, what should I do?
Our downloads page has all of the instructions manuals for our products, from dimensions, age range to assembly instructions.
I can't see an option for shipping, am I missing something?
Every item on the Red Kite Baby store is eligible for free shipping to Mainland UK. Areas outside of Mainland UK will be subject to additional shipping costs.
How do I know if you have received my order?
Red Kite Baby will send you an email notification confirming that your order has been placed and received
I want to change or cancel my order, what do I do?
Please contact 01454 326 555 or email sales@redkitebaby.com and have your confirmation email to hand so that we can promptly assist you.
Are your products tested and do they meet Brittish and European standards?
All of our products fully meet British and European safety standards and have been thoroughly tested
What kind of warranty do you offer?
All Red Kite products come with a 1 year warranty.
What are the dimensions and weight of your products?
This can be found by heading over to our downloads page and downloading the instructions for your product.
Can your pushchairs be used with a buggy board or bags hanging off the handles?
We strongly advise you to not hang any luggage from the handles due to the centre of gravity changing and your pushchair may become unstable.
Do you price match?
